DELIVERY INFORMATION

We know how important it is to receive your goods when you expect them, hence orders will be handcrafted by us at TeetherJoy within 48 hours of ordering and will be ship within the next 24 hours. Orders made on Saturday, Sunday, or Public Holiday will be shipped on the next working day.  Items will be delivered to your doorstep in the next 1-3 days via courier services. 

For areas that are out of Malaysia, the order will be shipped out via local post office and it will takes 1-3 weeks depending on where your location is. 

Please note that estimated delivery times are used as a guide only and commence from the date of despatch. TeetherJoy will not be responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

If there are custom duties and/or any taxes to be paid for the order, the Buyer agrees to bear all cost(s) and will pay the cost(s) directly to the Customs.
